GymKidz - Terms and Conditions
Membership
Membership of GymKidz is open to pupils of the participating schools. Parents or guardians must complete and submit the registration form prior to a child’s attendance. All members are expected to adhere to club rules and demonstrate respectful behaviour towards coaches and fellow participants.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable termly in advance and are non-refundable except in cases where the club cancels a session. Payment must be made via the methods outlined in the registration pack. Late payments may result in suspension of membership until fees are settled.
Health and Safety
All members must wear appropriate gymnastics attire and follow safety instructions at all times. Parents are responsible for informing coaches of any medical conditions or allergies their child may have. The club is not liable for injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidance.
Behaviour and Code of Conduct
Positive behaviour is expected from all gymnasts. Disruptive conduct may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the club at the discretion of the coaching staff.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the club cancels a session, a refund or credit will be offered. No refunds will be given for missed sessions due to personal reasons. Notice of cancellation will be communicated to parents as soon as possible.
Data Protection
Personal information provided will be used solely for club administration and communication. Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Photographs and Media
Occasionally, photographs or videos may be taken for club promotion or school newsletters. Parents who do not wish their child to be included must notify the club when registering.
